Why is my payment not going through?

We recommend contacting your financial institution for more details as to why your payment may not be going through. If you continue to face difficulties with your billing, feel free to contact us by asking the AI chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of any bubble.io page why your payment didn't go through. Ensure you're logged into your Bubble account before starting a conversation. Keep in mind, you can always ask to talk with a person if needed!
