Rankur as a provider of API is not a reliable partner.

Rankur as a recommended and basic provider of API is not a reliable partner. The technical support of Rankur is not timely and you can wait for response for weeks and even do not receive an answer at the end. I absolutely do not understand why you still sell the template ignoring that fact. How, I can ensure if the template works properly? I have asked for setting the alternative provider connections, but Zeroqode rejected, saying that it is not their responsibility.

Regretfully, at that time we could not guarantee the reliability of the connected platforms. In the previous update, we swapped mainly used API calls from Rankur to the Mention platform, so now it should work properly.
