I have finished all the steps as the author documented. But I just encounter an error called OwnerError "The service Google Translate - Translate Text just returned an error (HTTP 403). Please contact the plugin author directly for feedback. Yes it is!  We have about 910 apps that rely on this plugin.  Please check that you have enabled the translate service in the Google API Project and provided the right keys.  Also please check (if used) that you have setup API Key restriction correctly.  For more help please reach out to [email protected] (plugin author)
