Here’s what we’ve launched recently:
Uptime SLA with guaranteed reliability
We rolled out a 99.9% uptime SLA for all new Enterprise customers on dedicated instances earlier this year. Existing customers can opt in to this guarantee upon their renewal.
For customers who need even higher uptime guarantees, we also offer a 99.99% uptime SLA on a high-availability configuration. This keeps your production apps reliable, backed by our commitment to solid infrastructure.

24/7 support for immediate assistance
Enterprise support was previously available primarily during business hours. We’ve expanded our support offering to provide 24/7 coverage for all Enterprise customers, effective immediately and at no additional cost.
Whether you’re troubleshooting a critical issue at 2 AM or need guidance during a weekend deployment, our support team is available around the clock to keep your applications running smoothly.
Note: TSM consultations are still only offered during business hours.
Database storage auto-scaling
Earlier, Enterprise customers on dedicated instances needed to reach out to their account manager to increase database storage. We’re rolling out a new auto-scaling feature that eliminates this manual process entirely.
When enabled, database storage automatically increases when needed, so your apps never hit storage limits. This keeps your apps running smoothly while removing work from your team.
This feature is rolling out next week. If you’re currently on Enterprise, you’ll be able to enable auto-scaling in your account settings. New Enterprise customers will have this feature available by default.
Enhanced database layer for better performance
We’ve moved database logic out of the database itself and into a separate data layer that handles all user data operations. This architectural change makes large apps for Enterprise customers more performant, increases stability, and lets us ship improvements more quickly.
What this means for you: Your database operations are now more reliable and less likely to experience crashes. Plus, we can scale processing power independently of your data storage, so performance stays consistent even as your app grows.
Bubble Trust Center for security transparency
As we continue to invest in transparency and security at Bubble, we’ve launched the Bubble Trust Center to provide customers, prospects, and partners with detailed information on Bubble’s infrastructure, security, and compliance measures.
The Trust Center gives you direct access to SOC 2 Type II reports, security policies, GDPR documentation, and real-time security control status — so you have what you need for security reviews and vendor assessments without back-and-forth emails.
New dedicated regions for global deployment
We’ve expanded our global hosting options beyond the existing regions for Enterprise customers. You can now choose from more than 20 AWS data center regions worldwide, including recent additions like Tel Aviv and Mexico. You can view all available regions in the Bubble Manual.
