Please note that once submitted, the time it takes for plugins to be reviewed varies depending on community demand, but is usually 1-2 weeks.
Additionally, please make sure you've defined the entirety of your seller profile through the Account > Marketplace page. If you're missing some of these fields, your plugin may not show in our marketplace until they have been filled out.
Steps to Activate Your Bubble Marketplace Seller Profile
Access Your Seller Profile:
Navigate to the Marketplace Seller Profile page within your Bubble account settings.
Complete Required Fields:
Ensure all mandatory fields, such as Seller Name, Marketplace Email, and Support Email, are filled out completely.
Troubleshoot the Inactivity:
If your profile remains inactive even after all fields are completed, try refreshing your profile by:
Removing one character from a required field (e.g., Seller Name or Marketplace Email).
Re-adding the character and saving the changes.
This process can trigger the profile's activation system to update your status to 'Active.'
Verify Profile Activation:
Double-check your profile status. Once active, your plugin will be eligible to appear in the marketplace.
Why Your Plugin May Appear as 'Private' in Apps
In some cases, your plugin might display as 'Private' when used within your app. This does not necessarily mean the plugin isn't available in the marketplace. Instead, it could reflect an authorization status:
If your app is authorized to use the plugin for free, its status may show as 'Private' within that app.
This is separate from the public visibility of your plugin in the marketplace.
