Before submitting an application, potential candidates should self-assess whether they are ready to join the Immerse program based on five factors: self identification, product stage, company stage, personal capacity, and the ability to join Eastern Time-based evening sessions.
In regards to “self identification,” we’re specifically targeting social impact-oriented businesses this year. Our definition of social impact is largely inspired by the the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which are aimed at improving global quality of life across various sectors. In addition to business type, all Immerse participants MUST have working English proficiency. Given the highly interactive nature of the program, we can only accept founders who are able to sufficiently speak, read, write, and understand English.
