We’re committed to giving you an exceptional experience on the Bubble platform, whether you’re on a paid or free plan. With this in mind, we’ve built a team specialized in our product — and backed by our values — and invested in a bot powered by AI to get you the support you need quickly and efficiently. While our goal is to assist and unblock you on most topics when building and running an application on Bubble, there are a few things that fall outside our scope of support.
Topics we support
We can assist you with questions about the Bubble platform, like:
Account and billing questions
FAQs about the company or platform
Questions about core Bubble platform features (e.g., the app editor and plugin editor)
Platform-level bug report investigations (if you are experiencing unexpected behavior with Bubble’s platform, please let us know by filling out this form)
Topics we don't directly support
Certain topics are not supported by our in-house team and AI bot, like features that are not native to our platform or developed by third parties. These topics include:
Custom code
Building and/or troubleshooting custom plugins
Third-party API integrations
Plugins or templates that are published by third-party developers
Designing and building apps for you
Support hours
Bubble support is available to you 24/7/365. Our AI bot and our Support team are available 24/7. Certain topics, like bug report investigations, may require input from specialized teams who work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET, excluding US holidays. For questions routed to a specialized team, we strive to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Please note that certain complex questions and bug reports may require more investigation time and take longer to resolve.
How you can reach us
You can use the AI bot to get fast and reliable answers by clicking on the widget in the bottom right-hand corner of the Support center. If at any point you’d like to be connected with our Support team, the AI bot will ensure your message makes it to the correct team.
Note: The Support team can only offer support via email and chat at this time, as it’s the most efficient way to share information across several teams and assist with questions quickly.
