filter of the search page NOT FUNCTIONAL

Hello, I bought the developer license, It has been frustrating that the filter doesn't work. It doesn't filter the properties based on the criteria inputted in the search bar. So makes no sense. 0 functionality. Please advise how can I get the filter to work

Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for your experience with our template. 

We have pushed the latest template update that fixed the issue with the search results on index page. Now, you can create a new app based on template and check the changes.
Kindly note that the updates don’t apply to the apps which were built on the template prior to updates becoming available. Sorry for this inconvenience, this is Bubble logic.

Good template

good design, poor logic

Like most things from zeroqode, you will get pretty nice UI designs with some bizarre internal logical flow. For example, the messaging system is designed so that creators of a page receive the message. This makes sense when people signup, but not much sense if they are looking at a property, use the messaging form, and DO NOT have an account. You can change all of these things in the workflows rather easily, delete signup pages, fix messaging, send email to user and so forth, but if you have no experience with building databases you should know upfront that if you were to reply to a user who is unregistered using the inbox then that person will obviously not receive it. So this is not a "work out of the box" type solution for a real estate company. You will need at least intermediate experience with workflows to get it functioning properly.

Thank you for this feedback. We work hard to build great templates but indeed sometimes things like ones you mentioned can slip from our attention. However whenever we receive feedback on our forum https://forum.zeroqode.com and it makes sense we always try to fix or improve any parts of the template where it makes sense to do so. Would you kindly share your observations ideally with screenshots and useloom.com videos? We'd be happy to work on improvements.
Also, on every template page  in the Bubble marketplace we say exactly what you mentioned, that "It is recommended for users to have at least an intermediary experience working with Bubble". We mention that because there hardly be a case where user would just deploy the template to live without making any tweaks, and in order to make those tweaks it's essential to have some skills for that. 
Also, I'd appreciate if you could reconsider the rating for this template, I feel that 3 stars does not objectively reflect the quality and value of the template and with such rating the sales of this template will be significantly affected, making as less enthusiastic to continue implementing improvements to this template which automatically roll out to all the template owners.
