Not certified under the right account
If your team member is not certified under the right account, it means that they have not completed the certification process using the Bubble account tied to your agency. This could happen if they accidentally used a personal account or a different agency account to complete the certification.
To resolve this issue, we recommend that your team member checks to ensure they are certified under the Bubble account that is tied to your agency.
Expired certificate
If your team member's certificate is expired, it means that they completed the certification process but their certification has since expired.
To resolve this issue, we recommend that your team member checks the expiration date of their certificate.
